EQUITABLE EDUCATION FOR EVERYONE.
Experiencing an equitable education still remains elusive for some students, particularly those who are disabled or experience difficulty with learning and behaviour, those who belong to minority cultures, ethnicities, sexualities and religions, and those who live in situations of poverty, or at the margins of society.
The Equity Through Education Centre was established to promote equity, social justice and diversity in and through education and to support the creation of more equitable education systems in Aotearoa New Zealand.
